Mad City did a phenomenal job on my shower. You can see the before & after pictures they speak for themselves they were here on time & never stopped working until the job was done. They were very professional & answered all the questions I had. Thank you again for the amazing job!!! FYI I had them cut my floor like this because I'm laying a new floor down & the sub floor was pretty damaged.
This place called me 5x today and also texted me. I answered on the 3rd and 4th call and asked them to call me again. They called a 5th time. When I am in the market for windows, I will not be considering this company.
Horrible customer service, lied about financing and never even heard from rep or manager again!! Terribly disappointing company.
