From the lying salesman to the lying manager this company is a total waste! Sold me hand rails and corner shelves that could not be installed. Time and time again I was told I’d be refunded the cost but have not. When I call, I get the run around and nothing is resolved. The one day installation turned into a week and this was a major frustration! The company is just a poor choice! Never, I repeat, never use this company!

Work has NOT started at my home. My complaint was on the initial call, I specifically asked if they do work on bathroom floors. I was told YES. When the salesman came out, he said they only do the tub or shower installation. I would need to get someone else to work on the floor. This was a complete turnoff for me--that they had lied to try to make the sale. The install was not as I expected ,they install a damage piece on my new shower and without letting me know it was damage until they were all done and I had to inspect their work. the installers shut off the main water from the street and it broke they left without telling me that it was broken, I notice until the next day and I had to call Madcity to fixed it, they call the city because they couldn't fix it. I need to retract my 5 star rating. My new rating is 2 stars due the problem discovered when I went to use my new shower for the first time and the shower head did not function and there was only a trickle coming out of the head. I could sense/feel water pressure in the hose. I contacted the company and they said they wouldsend someone out to change the shower head. After speaking to the company representative, I gave the situation some thought and decided that the water was going somewhere and cut a hole in my bedroom wall ... read more
