Their drivers need to learn how to obey traffic laws and stop cutting people in line when there’s a long line to make a left turn
Mad City shower installation was a total disappointment. The sales representative AJ (Raleigh) reassured us that this company was professional and would complete the job with integrity. However, the installer Daniel did not do the water test to have the shower inspected. We called to have the test rescheduled, and an inspector was sent without the water test being executed. We have not been able to use the shower for 2 weeks as a result of this mishap. I am sorry that I chose Mad City. I would not recommend them to anyone.
From the lying salesman to the lying manager this company is a total waste! Sold me hand rails and corner shelves that could not be installed. Time and time again I was told I’d be refunded the cost but have not. When I call, I get the run around and nothing is resolved. The one day installation turned into a week and this was a major frustration! The company is just a poor choice! Never, I repeat, never use this company!
