Absolutely horrendous sales staff. Guy came to my house (north Raleigh, ~520pm, 8/13/26), no one was home. My wife pulled up with our kids. He accosted her as she was getting out of her vehicle, clearly busy with two children running around, trying to bring things into the house. Despite repeatedly telling him that she did not want this service, did not want the free estimate, he pestered her again and again and again. We have a no soliciting sign, and its getting dark 7:11 pm. Aggressively knocked on door and rang bell, wigging out my dog and waking up my kid. Insult to injury, he was surprised and rude when I opened the door with a screaming kid and then said no.
The crew that came out to do our job were the best. They got here on time and worked their tails off. I am so excited to use my new shower.
Daniel and his crew did a great job installing our walk in shower today. They arrived on time and were respectful of our home and answered all our questions. They cleaned up when they completed the job and were are pleased with that.
