Zach & Lucas did an awesome job installing our windows. There were prompt, respectful of our property & worked very hard. we were shown how to operate the windows & explained everything. Requesting they return to do our next job.

My wife and I are very pleased with the remodeling of our shower. Aaron Johns and Richard Halmalton (sp?) both worked steadily and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. They were both courteous and informative at all times. We thank them and Mad City for greatly improving our shower situation and highly recommend them!

Just by witnessing how they drive twice in one 1/2 a day 01/06/2026 at 10:50 am and again 12:40 pm I would not choose this company. This was on hwy 61 north of Duluth, MN. First violation was the driver in a Mad City mini van traveling at 20mph over the posted limit entering Two Harbors MN. Second incident 2 hours later a Mad City mini van (probably the same driver) ran a stop sign forcing me to slam on my brakes. Driver seemed totally oblivious to what was happening around him.

I had a sales rep come over to my house this past week and he looked at my tub and measured and he ran the figures just for a shower install and all the accessories and the work. He supposedly gave me a veterans discount and a senior discount for my mom. The total cost was outrageous, it was almost $27,000. I could get a new car for that price. Zach and Cody showed up on time, very polite and went over everything with us. We replaced 7 windows in a 100 yr old house, the installation was smooth and done in 1 day.  Great service!

This Company overcharges for their products. If the sales representative charges over the base price they split the amount with the company. They are paid a low commission on the base price so the only way they can make a leaving is to overcharge. They claim not to use subcontractors but most of their installers are subcontractors.

Sat through the 2 1/2 hour sales job at the house. Sales guy was mad that we were going to get 3 bids. Told me that it was my dads house and not mine. Even though I asked him to leave he would not go. Kept badgering my dad to sign the contract. I had to get my phone out and start calling the police.
