A salesperson came to my house and harassed my significant other, trying to get him to buy windows from your company. Saying things like, "Don't you want to improve the look of your home?" "So you don't want your house to look better?" "Oh, you were a carpenter, but you aren't now, so you wouldn't have time." You need to train your salespeople to "A. take NO for an answer and B. My wife set up a visit with a salesman (Blake) for fact finding and an estimate. He first showed up an hour early and we were not ready. He came back and we looked at samples, saw the videos and discussed what we were looking for.At that time he was super polite. When it came to the estimate his tune changed.
