Mad City came in and replaced the old tub and shower with a walk in shower. As part of a very old farm house they had to deal with plumbing, wall studs and other challenges. No complaints, no grumbling just excellent work and no additional charges! We are very happy with our new bathroom!
The windows that Mad City replaced are excellent, they keep the cold air out now. The workmanship was excellent, they installers was fast and efficient. I am really pleased with both their work and with the windows.
RUN, don’t walk away. For 2 years I’ve been trying to get them to make replacement windows right. At least 13 contacts, appointments. Air leaks and ice build up I’m told by Mad City is normal. They refuse to make it right… they are not guaranteed!
Very happy with our installation. Installers were very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Company followed up half way through the install to ensure everything was going well and if there were any issues. Followed up after to make sure we were still happy with everything. I can't say anything bad, was a great experience.
