ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WINDOWS!!! WE PAID OVER $10,000 FOR 5 NEW WINDOWS AND NONE OF THEM SHUT PROPERLY, NONE OF THEM WILL LOCK!!! THE WORST COMPANY AROUND. I'VE HAD MY WINDOWS FOR A LITTLE OVER A YEAR, I'VE CALLED TO HAVE THEM COME OUT TO FIX ALL THE ISSUES,THEY KEEP TELLING ME SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK TO SET UP APPT. So far I'm pretty happy with the results.
We had scheduled Mad City Bath to come out and give us an estimate and replacing our existing shower. We had also scheduled two other estimates for later in the week. We were so impressed with Taylor the sales representative that we signed the contract that night, cancelling the other two appointments we had!
