The Saturday open gym was perfect for us to drop in and get our workout in. Owners were super nice and made sure we were taken care of!
The BEST gym in Madison! Seriously, go check them out. Especially if you want to try CrossFit and never have before. The coaches are amazing and everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. The workouts are a great mix of strength training and some cardio.
