Can’t say enough good things about this place. The community/ members are so welcoming and warm. Coaches knowledge and willingness to help you is unparalleled. Mad apple is a place for everyone no matter your fitness levels and goals.
CrossFit can be intimidating, especially if you don’t feel like you are the fittest or strongest. But the crew at Mad Apple is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. They meet you where you are but don’t let you stop there. They push you when you need pushed and help you work through things. Coaches are knowledgeable, the equipment is well kept, and great amenities (like a Chilly GOAT cold tub!).
I’ve been training at Madapple for 10 years and it just keeps getting better. Great coaching, amazing facility, and an extremely welcoming community. If you are an athlete or just want to get in shape and have fun, don’t hesitate to give Madapple a try!
The best gym in town! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the gym has nice equipment.
