I can't even get a hold of anyone to ask about a certain product. They just spin you around in no man's land.
The customer service is aggravating. But they have extremely nice furniture. We have our eyes on a beautiful couch and bought a beautiful well-priced jacket in backstage. Love backstage
Returned something and said hello twice to the clerk. She finally said hello. Had a nice conversation with myself and then I told her to have a nice day. Unbelievably unfriendly!! I’ll shop online!! I do not need this experience in what used to be one of the best places to shop in town!
