I only wanted a shoulder length cut with layer's on the sides and back. Not only was it not shoulder length with stragglers in length but it was BUTHERED!!!! If you treasure your hair...donnot I repeat DONNOT GO THERE. If I could they would NOT get 1 star!!!!!!! It was expressed that the last 2 cuts were not satisfactory! It will be ok she said. This is far beyond ok. I can't do nothing with it at all. Now I will have to with it whatsoever. Hell I should have gotten paid to let them even touch it.
