TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! Do not even deserve one starDO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. I ordered a bed 3 MONTHS AGO AND THEY KEPT ON POSTPONING THE DELIVERY AND THEN THEY CANCELLED IT ALTOGETHER. Kept saying they have it in stock but never received it. HORRIBLE !!!! IVE BEEN WAITING TWO MINTHS FOR MY NEW BED. AFTER WAITING TWO MONTH & THEM TELLING IT WOULD BE DELIVERED BY THE GIVEN DATE AFTER THE DELAY. THEY CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY ARE OUT OF STOCK ???? . HOW IS IT OUT OF STOCK AND YOU CHARGED ME . HAD ME WAIT TWO MONTHS. Even though I wasn’t making an issue on the phone , the staff was RUDE . Had an ATTITUDE PROBLEM . Do not shop here. DISGUSTING they have rats

Macy's Furniture in the Green Acres Mall is responsible for the actual worst customer service I have ever experienced when purchasing a big ticket item in my entire life; in this case a sectional couch. The store associate I worked with was not competent enough to put the order through correctly, and what followed were several months of back and forth with various associates and managers, none of whom were able to figure out how to enter the transaction correctly. Nice selection and competitive prices. Warranty seems like a great value. Terence was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was attentive, knew a lot about the different options, pricing, and how the in-store promotions compared to online. And he wasn't overly salesy which has been our experience in other stores. Because of our experience, we'll begin shopping at Macy's first for any furniture needs.
