I currently have a credit card and tried to sign in online and spent about an hour between 3 phone calls trying to get access and they told me I had to use another e mail other than what I set up years ago . I do not have another e mail and do not have these issues with any other credit cards . I told the rep. I would pay my balance and possibly cancel the card and she didn’t seem to care about that option . What poor customer service for what many consider a higher end store .

I purchased a Macy's gift card on May 8th for as a Anniversary gift. As of this date the card has not been delivered. I have made numerous calls to Macy's to no avail. This is an embarrassing issue for me since I missed the date of the Anniversary. I was assured by the agent that the card would be delivered within 1-5 business days. Never would I shop Macy's again.
