Called and tried to process an order using my star rewards money and she kept telling me I had none. Did it myself on the website not the App and it took the rewards. Train your people!!!

Can’t talk to representatives very frustrating
we had an unfortunate experience with Macys in south FL over miscommunication between store sales and customer service in Miami. I was not a happy customer. the chain of command took it up to Ghita (sp) in the corporate office who understood my plight and frustration. It was resolved within a week. I would give Ghita a 5 star rating, but made it 4 for the 2 1/2 months it took to get this all resolved.
