One of your employees, I'm guessing this location, but possibly Bellevue, was very mean and rude to a mom online who was asking for advice. I can't imagine how judgemental and how she treats or talks about her customers and coworkers. She probably creates a hostile work environment.
I tried ordering a sleeveless shirt from Macy’s in Medium, but it was too boxy. I’ve always worn Tommy Hilfiger in Medium and those fit fine, but the Nautica Jean shirt didn’t. I also didn’t notice it was a “Last Act” item, so it ended up being final sale and not returnable. I usually shop at Nordstrom, but thought I’d give Macy’s another try with a couple of shirts I liked. Unfortunately, none of them worked out, and their return policy made it even more disappointing.
