Well organized but some staff members are rude and incompetent. Would advise to avoid this location.
This rating is only for lack of parking for online order pick. Went to pickup an order I placed, got to the store and found no available space for online, thinking it might be a little bit of a wait I found space and went inside. The online pick up line empty. The lady at the counter said it’s a chronic issue that people park in the online parking so they can be closer to the store. Since I often use online pickup it’s not a problem since I will just not order from the store any longer.
It's OK. Got few items very affordable
I bought a watch for 1000 dollars and had to get a battery replacement they took it. They scratched up my watch two weeks later they call me for my watch be picked up. I got there looked at it and it’s scratched up all the employee said I don’t see it so they sent it back to the jewelry not once but two times so they tell me there’s no scratches.
