Great service and selection. Staff is really friendly as well and willing to help you around the store.

Love the selection and the quality of the merchandise. I never go in and come out empty handed...However, finding someone to ring you up is the biggest challenge. If you do find someone, expect a wait time.
Employees named Talim and Jenik stood there talking in the Armenian language for 20 or more minutes. I put my item down and decided never to shop here again. It is like going to another country. Most of my friends have stopped shopping at this Macy's and now I have too.They need to redo their hiring practices as this is the reason they are losing customers. It has nothing to do with online shopping.
Tried to reach them for 2hrs on two days and never got a response on the phone, so just gave up and decided not to make the trip to The store not knowing if they had the advertised Air Fryer still in stock.
We stayed for one night. The amenities are nice and location is great. Pools very nice. service was inflexible. We wanted late checkout but were told the place was packed and we could not purchase a half day. 11:00 checkout is way too early
I am so disappointed by Macy's customer service. They have no remorse for people what so ever. I'm a 24 year old single woman working minimum wage. I worked over a year to save up everything I could to buy my mom a gift. And I feel like my hard work has gone down the drain!! There is no fairness what so ever with Macy's. I usually shop at the Macy's in Kenwood but was in this area. It's well organized, good selections in every department. Sale racks are not as cluttered. Checkout is also easy access which you don't have to wait long like most places.
I WISH I LIVED IN MODESTO THEY HAVE THE BEST OF EVERYTHING I AM GOING DOWN HERE ALL THE TIME I ALWAYS SHOP IN THE MALL AND MACY'S IS THE BEST.
