I went in yesterday to look for some cloths for my son downstairs in the children’s department. After I found some peices, I headed over to the nearest register. Denise, the cashier, assisted me with my check out. She was welcoming and was kind enough to search for coupons to apply to my transaction. I was paying with a giftcard which was giving an issue, but Denise was extremely patient and was able to resolve the giftcard issue and apply it to my transaction. I had an excellent visit thanks to Denise.
I love this store the people here are so helpful and polite.
Great selections, great prices, customer services not so great
Excellent customer service in the intimate apparel section. Kathy is amazing. She made me feel so special and went and got the things I wanted for me. She always has a smile and greets everyone warmly. Thank you Kathy for making shopping at Macy's a great experience!
The place where you can find deals and discounts for clothing and much much more. Will come back for sure
The place can get a bit messy with shoes being thrown around and clothes scattered everywhere. But the employees tries their best to maintain the chaos brought forth by the customers. Nevertheless, i enjoy shopping there
Terrible customer service !!! I make reservation 3 day early for my special day and they cancelled my services right by easton door when I get in the building ,this is 2nd time happened to me,I drove 25 minutes to get there and I have dinner tonight and they ruined my day. I don't recommend especially if you have big day like weeding or birthdays they will cancel your appointment appointment anytime with out giving you a day head.
Not a place to shop for dresses. It is really expensive and the quality is just average. I would try the mall next time.
