This store sucks cuz theres only a basic map available in some spots. Everything is everywhere and the staff is too tired to tolerate any queries. Awful shopping experience

Macy's is evolving into the equivalent of the Mall of America or Times Square, Big and glitzy but bereft of charm. I miss the slight Grey Gardenesq dinginess of days of old.
