Visiting NYC in December is the best season.
I like everything there especially their shoes,and their selections of intimate apparel.
If you want see Santa at Macy's go online and get an express pass 36-48 hours earlier. Otherwise you could be waiting in line for 2-3 hours.
Rude and unhelpful sales people.

I like how there are options you will not find in other Macy's. I like that their denim store carries seven for all mankind
Shoe section is fabulous. We worked with Esha ("Ee-sha") and she was so helpful. Choose one person to help and bring them shoes. They scan & order them down. Helps to have just one person assisting!
