Take the wooden escalators to the lower floors. One of the only places in NYC with them.
From late March through Easter the Herald Square store is decked with live, Amazing flowers. A treat.

The best meeting spot here would be Starbuck's in Mezzanine. It has great coffee to spend time with and everyone can find it.

Really horrible snarky employees makes this a once a decade trip.
