Hats off to one of your Macy's employees in the Palm Desert location. I came to the store to return bath towels I had bought online and was greeted by Victoria in the Home Department. She took charge of the matter very quickly and guided me with a smile and a lot of knowledge to a better towel than the ones I purchased through my computer. Really only go here when a I have a layover on the Sun bus and need to use their restroom. But I must say is always very clean. I assume they have a dedicated team that take pride in their job.
