I do not recommend this company AT ALL. I spent half my career working with O&P. I had an urgent medical issue that required a brace in a timely manner. From the administrative assistant It was the worst customer service in my 40 years of health care. When I contacted the owner to ask WHY?? so many stardards of care and communication violations were broken and projecting blame on to me , I never had one person taking accountability or responsibility even from the owner himself. I do not recommend this place. I relocated down here and this place came highly recommended. Paul asked for and was provided a deposit upfront and never delivered the AFOs.
I have been going to Macy O&P for years for my feet and they have been a life saver! From the time I walk and am greeted by Sherry who remembers me by name, I feel welcomed and at ease. And Sarah takes the time with me to fit my inserts and adjust them periodically. I highly recommend the fantastic folks at Macy O&P!!!
We’ve visited this place three times, and doctors Sarah O’Connor is an amazing specialist and she care’s about her patients. I strongly recommend doctor Sarah! Joanne by front desk is always helpful and polite.
