A prescription was called in by the doctor and we heard nothing from the pharmacy for several days. When we called, the pharmacy employee said they didn’t have the full refill amount and had ordered more. We could’ve picked up the partial order—which they should have told us previously, but didn’t inform us of until we called—but said if we waited until the following afternoon (Saturday) that they would have the new shipment and the entire order filled. Hands down the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They showed up at my door unannounced, even though I wasn’t home and couldn’t sign for my meds. They once told me they’d be there before 5 when I had plans and had to cancel My whole day waiting for these incompetents - only to not even receive the medication I needed! Rude staff, will argue with you and constantly put you on hold after any simple question. Terrible experience. 0/5 I highly recommend Rapid RX Pharmacy instead. They know what they’re doing.
Planning on transferring to this pharmacy after my first rx pickup today even though it’s totally out of the way for me. But I’m so willing to make the drive. Staff is very personable and greets every person as they walk through the door with friendly conversation and willingness to help. Im very glad my doctor recommended this pharmacy!
