no idea about their neigbborhood/local capabilities but their online/intl. business is a nightmare so pls do everyone a favour dont offer your stuff online/on pinkbike, you are definately a LBS only!!
I went in to get new brake pads for the the Spring dust-off, The owner saw that i would need a new brake cable soon but that my brakes could make it a while longer. We made an appointment for the cable replacement and then he quickly adjusted my pads and even my wonky hand grip. He said see you soon and then he wished me a good ride for the rest of the day. THAT made my day. Thank you so much.
Been getting my bike needs and tune ups here regularly and happy to report excellent experience. The staff are friendly, care about the community and provide great service. Appreciate this fixture in the Hastings Sunrise hood.
Took my much loved, barely serviced hybrid steed in for a brake repair but needless to say, she needed more than that. Got fantastic timely service from Justin et al. I had a lot done; brakes, new tires, refreshed gears and chain and a general assessment and clean up. All done within the time and budget discussed. Highly recommend.
