These guys have always been great. Had no choice but to buy my bike somewhere else during Covid, but made a point to buy everything else I needed from these guys based on the way they treated me as a customer. Have been going back ever since!
What a great bike shop! Stopped in the other day, not realizing they were closed, and the fellow opened up shop for me to help with my bike. As well, have had tune up here. Friendly, professional, affordable.
I had a problem with my brooks saddle and the mechanics at Mactalla sorted me out. Helpful and well stocked local bike shop.
I've been struggling to bleed the brakes on my e-bike so came in to buy more hydraulic fluid. I mentioned to staff that if this doesn't pan out, I would be dropping the bike off to be professionally bled. A technician popped out from behind to ask what types of brakes i had, what i had tried and then proceeded to spent 5 minutes giving me a bunch of tips and answering questions on how to do the bleed myself.
