you need to answer the phones. you cant leave patients who need medication refills waiting. phone goes straight to answering machine.
been trying to get my prescription refilled for almost two week. pharmacy keeps faxing them and nothing. now I have to figure out how to refill it before switching Doctors because they're just not good.
They keep losing their good doctors and their billing depart sucks, I have had 4 different doctors in the last year, just now getting bills from a year ago, Everytime I went in to see a new doctor my insurance wouldn't cover the visits anymore because they keep saying it's for a new patient, I'm not a new patient it's a new doctor and not our fault they can't keep the great doctors, and possibly new people all the way down to the people doing the billing, this place has gone to shit in my opinion!
