been trying to get my prescription refilled for almost two week. pharmacy keeps faxing them and nothing. now I have to figure out how to refill it before switching Doctors because they're just not good.
They keep losing their good doctors and their billing depart sucks, I have had 4 different doctors in the last year, just now getting bills from a year ago, Everytime I went in to see a new doctor my insurance wouldn't cover the visits anymore because they keep saying it's for a new patient, I'm not a new patient it's a new doctor and not our fault they can't keep the great doctors, and possibly new people all the way down to the people doing the billing, this place has gone to shit in my opinion! phones not working for days i need my medication refilled and cant talk to anyone and my physch didnt send it to cvs to be filled when i called last week
On July 12, 2024 at approximately 4:15pm My call was returned by a staff member there, In regards about my prescription when I told her the wrong medication was forward to pharmacy, she told me, I was wrong and that’s the medication YOU BEEN TAKING.
