I had some outlets and lights go out a few days ago. Had an electrician friend try to figure out why and we couldn't figure it out to save our lives. Called Macson and they sent Bobby to my house today. He found a burnt melting outlet that we were still using in my daughter's room to be the culprit! This could have been a dangerous situation! I am so happy with the service today and will definitely be using them again for other electrical needs! Bobby was friendly, fast, and he's good at what he does!
I usually stay away from posting reviews, but I have had such a great experience with Macson Electric, and I can't recommend them enough! Bobby, who handles maintenance and sales, has been incredible to work with. He has a ton of expertise, he’s reliable, and trustworthy. Carri, who manages the office and appointments, is always responsive and organized. The entire team has been extremely helpful. I will absolutely continue using Macson Electric for all my electrical needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking.
My parents found this company through their home town facebook group. And they did not disappoint! Fair price, amazing work. I had a whole new 100amp service put in my new home, along with moving my meter to the back of my house instead of near the driveway! Clean work, and thorough! Happy to recommend!
Got EV Charger installed and wired by Macson, along with a few additional requests. Office staff is competent and effective. Electricians were here on time, acted professionally, and completed all the planned work and my requested extras on time and with no surprise cost. Highly recommend them!
Always great service and easy to schedule appointments. Thank you for the great service. Xavier was out today to install a ceiling fan. Explained everything asked if had questions, offered to remove the trash. Jason had been out last year to do some light fixtures. Sane great service. Will continue use and let friends know about your great service.
