This is the second time I have used Macson Electric, and it was just as pleasant as the last time. The technician, Stephen, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He answered many questions I asked as he was working. I was charged a required $135 service call fee for the first hour. He worked quickly to keep it under the hour so I wasn't charged more. What a breathe of fresh air to work with such an amazing company. Noah and Jason showed up at 815 am as promised and explained everything they were going to do and 3hrs later they were done. Macson Electric completed a whole host of work on my older home recently. I had a list of fixes and updates I was looking to have done including a whole house and attic fan, exterior outlet installation, electrical panel upgrade, fixtures and flood lights and safety inspections. What a great experience. Everyone was professional and friendly, they were quick to come out and provide estimates and advice and quick to get me on the schedule. Macson Electric (Mike, Adam and Nick) carried out the installation of a whole house generator in a professional manner in extremely difficult weather conditions. They explained everything they were planning to carry out with respect to the existing breaker panel and additional wiring fro new switch panel with minimum disruption. They cleared up any mess and requested access when ever needed I would recommend Macson Electric based on my experience.
