My wife and I were traveling through the area and had tire trouble. We stopped by Mac’s but unfortunately they were not able to help us in such short notice as we were on a tight schedule. However, the were kind and directed us to a service provider who could help. We appreciate their help. We will do business with them in the future if we can!
My husband and I were in a tough spot coming up from Atlanta to VIR when we realized we needed four new trailer tires. Mac’s Tire Shop absolutely came through for us. Darrell went above and beyond by quickly ordering the tires we needed and making time to get us in and back on the road without delay. The service was efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful…exactly what you hope for when you’re traveling and under a time crunch. If you’re local or hauling a race trailer through the area, I can’t recommend them enough.
Blew out two trailer tires on the 600 mile trip to VIR. Mac’s was able to find an uncommon tire size and got me set up and out the door to not miss a beat. Great price, very friendly service and super responsive.
