Note, I think this is connected to a different company now. (Vactec Septic) I Called them cold, out of the blue, had used others before them. Nice on phone, friendly, and got me scheduled right away. And....It only got better from there! One can tell a bit about a company by their equipment condition, and the appearance of an employee,(a little), and attitude of the employee, (a lot). New owner The price to high I will never use this company again
Paid to have septic pumped...paid, 2 weeks later it backed up, needed to be pumped AGAIN! They charged me again & threatened to send me to collections when I refused to pay again...even though I know they obviously didn't pump it the first time.
I would be careful and am not happy The man could not find my second septic tank He found the first one and said our side walk was built on top of the opening He insisted I payed almost 300.00 and said there was not an opening to our septic tank I found out that day from a relative the opening was in the garage So I felt pretty burned And I never got the tank emptied by the company Good luck with these guys Be careful
