Dan was amazing. Communicated his schedule timeline, kept in touch, and then showed up when he said he was going to show up. He got my John Deere running after it sat in my garage for 3 years and then serviced my snowblower, leaf blower, and weed wacker while he was here. His pricing is fair, he does amazing work, and he’s super knowledgeable. Not only that, but he made sure I was educated on how to best care for my machines before he left. Great guy!! Dan is the best! He came out right away. Tried everything he could to help with my Can Am Spyder RTL which was stuck in 2nd gear. Although he couldn’t fix the problem (not surprised because these machines are a beast), he was very diligent and I highly recommend him. Very reasonably priced. This guy was quick to text back but it was like 20,000 questions on the scooter, 4 weeks lead time, demanded multiple photos and was honestly just super rude. Maybe he does a good job, maybe not, but customer service was a ZERO.
I recently called Mac's Mobile with a riding lawnmower emergency. Unfortunately, he was heavily backed up with work and was unable to schedule me in quickly, but he *did* listen to my description of the problem and correctly diagnosed the issue, advising me what needed to be done. Armed with that information, I was able to get my mower back up and running on my own! He will *definitely* get any of my small engine work in the future. And I can understand why he's so busy.
