They provide poor customer service at inflated prices. They typically prey upon assisted living facilities with elderly people that have memory issues. Cloverland Village delivered a letter as though it were mandatory that all their residents transfer their prescriptions to them. I've never felt more coerced to use a service in my life.
Mac’s LTC has taken care of my mother for over 6 years. They treat us like family. Making special deliveries when she has special prescription needs or medication changes. They take pride in their pharmacy. Their attention to detail is impeccable and I trust them with all my mom’s pharmaceutical needs!
Mac’s LTC Pharmacy is the best there is. I worked in an assisted living and one of our residents needed a med on July 4th weekend. Our nurse called and someone brought it to us. This person left a family gathering to make sure our resident was cared for. That’s the kind of thing Mac’s does. They go above and beyond without hesitation. You couldn’t ask for better friends. They are the best. It’s that simple.
