RecommendedAmazing customer service. Had the home lift 7 or so years before having any issues. Walked us easily through troubleshooting our problem and had the lift up and running in minutes. Always very helpful. Highly recommend!
We love the lift we have for our home. The only issue is last year a roller broke my daughter contacted the company. But there are no part numbers she tried explaining it but got it wrong they sent the wrong roller. I was in Hospital at the time so could not get it straightened out. But they made due. It still has a broken roller. � it is getting older now and we are having more issues. But it still works and we are still thankful for it.
