Very disappointed. Our family has been buying vehicles here for going on 25 years. Had a Ford Motorcraft battery bought from them a couple years ago that is still covered under the 36 month free replacement. It recently failed and tested bad cell. Hauled it the 80 miles to them and parts guy said he can’t do anything without a receipt even though he knows darn well it came from there and it shouldn’t matter anyway since it’s a Ford battery with a nationwide warranty.
