I had a fantastic experience working with Mike from Mac's. From start to finish, they were extremely communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. They were honest about what to expect and offered a very competitive quote without any hidden surprises. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their professionalism and transparency.
We were searching for new hardwood floor and got a quote from about 6 stores near Seattle, Kirkland, Bothell and Redmond. Mac's flooring had the best deal, so we went with them. They are also super helpful. They helped us to load the flooring in our U-Haul and also helped us to secure the load using their own straps since we did not had one.
We had a great experience with Mac's flooring. it was the most competitive quote we had and the service was outstanding, the floor in our room looks great and would go with them again in a heartbeat!
I recently bought Gaia LVP and carpet from Ange at Mac's Flooring. I felt like she was super helpful and knowledgeable about the products and helped me make a great choice. The pricing was great and my contractor was able to get supply the next day. Very happy with this company and Ange.
