Went to Mac's to get an issue diagnosed. Although they were booked up for a few days i was impressed how they too a bit of time and explained the positives and negatives of what they might find once dismantled . No" smokes and mirrors " like you can get at big dealership service departments. Could not speak more highly of up front transparency. They deserve every success. General servicing price is very reasonable too.
Blokes at Mac’s Autorepair are great. Got quoted by another mechanic to fix a non issue, had these guys check it out, and they were honest. Spent probably 20-30 minutes checking out my car to tell me that everything was all good. They were upfront about everything, ended up recommending me for some new tyres and gave me a recommendation. Thanks guys will be back for any problems I have.
Macs Auto have been servicing our cars for the last 7 or so years. They always do a good job and charge for things that actually need doing. Good Honest Mechanics!
Fantastic service from Macs Auto just recently. My sons car had a belt snap on the w-end. Fixed the very next day at a great price. Highly recommended and have had lots of vehicles serviced by Mac's over the years.
If there was no stars I will give them one. Absolute rip off merchant. No customer service. Asked for quote, they kept saying waste of time. After requesting three time they did one. But told me fuel pump problem going to cost me $700 so took it to different mechanic and they told me it wasn't the fuel pump as it was fine only needed a lead pipe changed and costed me only $55. Also they charges for quote exorbitant amount of $165 what rip off Go there at your own peril.. be aware
