When I moved to Rochester I was searching for a new shop to bring my car to. After hearing great things about Mac's from neighbors and co-workers I decided to try them out and I wasn't disappointed. The guys here were down to earth and really great at what they do. I never felt as if I had to worry about being overcharged, I knew I was getting an honest quote.
I would say that Mac's is the best in the area, since I started using them 7 years ago I've had no problems. My entire family comes here now.
The customer service here is unbelievable, they're always on time and call me before they do any extra work. They've always made sure I understand what's going on and I really appreciate it.
Everything is always explained to me in a way that I can understand, they always follow up to make sure that everything's working the way it should. Great customer service.
