I would take all my vehicles there for tune up and everything else
My car broke down on me in Smyrna at the Royal Farms and I was trying to repair it myself. I was having trouble with it and one of the guys at advance Auto to me to ask Mac's Auto Services for help. I walked over explained my situation they helped me in the parking lot! They pulled the air tool outside to loosen up a very tight bolt for me. I wanted to pay but the technician said no way we don't work like that! These guys are amazing! I can't thank them enough they really helped me out!
I have had an amazing experience with Mac's Auto Service. They were very attentive to the needs of my vehicle. My truck was pulled in the shop immediately and repaired the same day. What a professional team, from the Owner to the shop..... Never have I received such great service. I had a problem with my PT Cruiser. The first thing they said was PT Cruisers are funny to work on. Macs was the 5th place I went to cause no one else could tell me what was wrong. These poor guys spent 3 days working on my car. They were awesome. They didn't treat me like crap like some other places cause I'm a girl. Called yesterday after dealer attempted to clean my savings account out! This place was truly a life saver and even my young boys didn't mind the wait. Very clean...customer waiting area is more like a living area. :) Thank you for the Superb service guys!! We will definitely be back.
