When I dropped the car off I was sure it needed brakes and hoping not rotors. Cheryl called me in an hour and said " Mike just a little dirt in the brakes. Everything is fine. No charge. Come get the car".......... Find that somewhere else 😁
I've tried other auto repair shops in Leicester and find Mac's to be the most honest, I never worry they will recommend something that isn't necessary.
Brought my vehicles to Mac's for a few years, they used to be OK, but I would never trust them again. The quality of service has gone way down but the prices have gone way up. They make mistakes and will not take responsibility. Their repairs are low quality but their prices are worse than a dealer's. I would steer clear of this place.
