No diagnosis report, came out and just took money I really don’t have. Charge me over $400,just to tell me the transmission was out. Was here 10 min. Saying it took 2 1/2 hours.I won’t recommend these people to my worst enemy. Very sad!! I was just 35 miles from there shop. Here’s the report.After truck was picked up and got to mechanic shop the transmission is fine, it was the clutch that was damaged and cause the problem. We had a tire blow out when we found out our car didn't come with a spare tire or jack. These guys came right out on a Saturday morning to take the tire off, left to get it replaced, and got it put back on. Super friendly and let us know what was going on every step of the way. They were very honest and open about exactly how much it would cost. Very happy with our emergency roadside assistance given by these guys.

I was brought in to the shop to run the place. Seen what was happening internally. Didn't like what I saw after working 35 hours. Didn't get paid. I was brought back after my tools were stolen and the person on duty watched them walk away. The second time I worked 65 hours and no payment has been issued. 99 hours of non payment plus 5,000 in tools they're responsible due to negligence.
