My wife's iPhone charging port was dirty, not allowing her to charge her phone unless the cord was sitting at just the right angle. I brought it into Macrotronics yesterday and they fixed the issue within 5 minutes! The best part, they didn't charge! Amazing service by kind people.
Gus was AMAZING! I thought I had lost all my photos and documents after a Windows update on my laptop, and it took him all of 2 minutes to find that the update had created a shadow user profile. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive. Thanks Gus:)
