Very pathetic response from these guys when asked to provide a list of replacement spare parts, like part numbers for valves. On top of that they want you to pay for the user manual. For god sake we bought a $400k press you cannot spare a user manual. Poor service. Would not recommend these company at all. For details on the valve they want us to climb the press and read labels on the valves...What a disgrace..!!
