Awesome staff
I cannot tell you how many times I have driven in town to pickup a prescription only to find out that the drive thru is temporarily shut down. Having access to a drive thru was one of the main reasons I switched to this pharmacy. You would think they would post it on the website when the Drive Thru is closed during the regular open hours. That is very poor service.
I started new injectable insulin prescription but it didn’t fit my injectable pen from previous medication. I stopped by to get the correct pen and they didn’t have it in stock (though they all looked for one for me). Tori said to give her a bit and she would track one down for me. I told her I would leave my phone on so I could get the call and leave work to get it whenever she found 1. I went to work, and 20 minutes later in walks Tori with the pen!!! Talk about going above and beyond for customers!
