Unacceptable to submit A refill request at 7 AM to not have it filled by 5 P.m. when people get off work and then ask them to wait an extra 45 minutes Is unacceptable , Having a senior staff make younger staff members tell the client Is also very unprofessional . The only reason I started using this pharmacy was because of the staff upfront in the store They deserve a five star, but the pharmacy unfortunately gets a solid one.

Worst pharmacy ever - should be open at 8:30, it’s now almost 9am, still not open. They closed early the day before, and the day before that when my Rx was supposed to be ready it wasn’t, Prescriptions are rarely ready when they say they will be. Absolutely no care about their clients. This used to be 100x better before the new owners.
So disappointed. My dr sent in my new prescription Sunday night (virtual appt) and it’s now the end of day Tuesday and it still isn’t filled. I have extreme acid reflux and am in a lot of pain. I called and they didn’t even care. I even asked if there was anything else I can do in the meantime, I explained gaviscon isn’t working at all. She told me to take tums in the most annoyed voice. I will be moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere. I can’t risk getting an ulcer due to their negligence.
