Absolutely useless! Kept coming up with bs excuses for why my car is not fixed, ordered wrong parts (you do know toyotas yeah?). Will never bring a vehicle back here again, EVER!
I had a bad experience. I rang up and booked a car inspection to check for damage to my car for insurance (an alloy bullbar off a car crash in front of me went under my car). The following day I drove a 280km round trip and dropped my car off and I said for the insurance inspection. Came back 3hrs later for them to tell me that I needed CV joints, a new a/c condenser, and a park light etc wasn’t working.
