Will call repeatedly without leaving a message. This makes it hard to gather the context for the conversation from the rude receptionists. No waiting room so if you need to pick someone up you need to somehow magically predict the pickup time or have the patient wait for you
The receptionist was blunt and rude, and asked questions which she was in no position to be asking as she is not a medical professional, commenting on me being ‘quite young’ and she couldn’t personally understand my decision to get my form of birth control (there were no medical or legal related reasons that I wouldn’t be able to get this birth control, she was just being nosey) I also believe that female patients should be advised if they are seeing a male doctor in regard to comfortability.
