Recently visited for a second trimester surgical termination. The receptionist, nurses and Dr Tuncer were all incredibly warm and friendly. They made a very scary experience much easier and pain/stress free. The clinic and facilities were excellent and I felt very safe at all times. Thankful to their team for making a difficult situation much easier.

Terrible customer service, when calling for information, I was met with 'Why do you need all this information?'. Would never trust this clinic with my health.
I called seeking information about a Mirena insertion appointment and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience with reception. I found the staff member dismissive and rude. As someone calling about a sensitive medical issue, made me feel very uncomfortable seeking care there.
Hand over heart, I had a smooth and easy experience. Would recommend!
