I'm not going to name the sales agents but, the “silent auction” felt dodgy. I was told to put my “best offer forward” while being given no real information about where the seller stood or whether the place would actually be taken off the market. Communication was vague and felt deliberately unhelpful, like the goal was to get buyers to bid blindly rather than negotiate properly. Left a bad taste and didn’t feel professional. My advice to other home buyers. Trust your gut if the process feels off or dodgy, walk away.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from Chris Zoumbounis. I attempted to contact the agent on the mobile he has listed on the property Ads on three separate dates and left voicemails, but never received a callback. I also sent two text messages about rental properties I was interested in, and again received no response.
