Worst reception and customer service ever. Never pick up phone calls, I had to go there only to book an appointment! Three people sit behind the bar and nobody cares about phone calls. They never bothered to collect my blood test results despite several reminders so when I saw a doctor eventually he had nothing to assess. Charged $980 and never sent me my documents required. Zero attention but big robbery

Avoid this clinic if you would like appropriate patient care and diagnosis. I went to Dr Alexander Jacobson with a family member. This cardiologist does not only lack professionalism and appropriate manners, but was almost acting like a programmed robot. He listened to us for less than a minute at the beginning of the consultation, and from then on was continually and rudely cutting us off and did not listen to our concerns or listen to any questions that we tried to ask. A poor xperience with Dr Chik; but a good experience with Dr Doost and Dr Jangwal. Dr Chik arrived 1.5 hours late for our appointment. Seemed irritated by some of the questions I asked about the tests and procedures he was proposing. Also dictated his report about my symptoms as I was in the room - which was uncomfortable. Perhaps he was tired, or had seen one too many patients that day. Easy things to remedy in future. But wasn't a great patient experience. I won't see him again.
