Cardiologist (Dr Kozor) left the practice after prescribing a course of action which included an expensive ultrasound. Agreed with Sam from reception for another doctor to see me at the agreed time and date of my original appointment. When I arrived for the appointment there was no cardiologist onsite and Sam is no longer working there. Great experience. Admin team work very hard. In and out very quickly. Could not reccommend more!
Worst reception and customer service ever. Never pick up phone calls, I had to go there only to book an appointment! Three people sit behind the bar and nobody cares about phone calls. They never bothered to collect my blood test results despite several reminders so when I saw a doctor eventually he had nothing to assess. Charged $980 and never sent me my documents required. Zero attention but big robbery
