We had a sump pump fail. I spoke with Tanya. She kept me updated on when the plumber would be there. Since our issue was not an emergency, we were able to wait until the next morning. MacPherson's sent out Benjamin to fix it. It was done quickly and professionally. He went out of his way to make sure everything was carefully cleaned up. I was very happy with the service.
Very fast response just days before Christmas. Very polite young plumber, good problem solver, good attention to details. I am impressed.
Year ago I got a sand filter installed in my houses few weeks ago our tenant called and said it was leaking and it looks like the pvc house was cracked . My wife called sent pictures and their only response was they emailed can’t even call any more and said their supplier has no warranty on the housing I do understand it was a year ago but surely a $900 plus job you should use a supplier that does something you would think. Their customer service could be better and could have come out and looked at it but I guess that’s the... read more

We have used MacPherson Plumbing twice. First was replacing our pressure system and yesterday they replaced our hot water tank. Their service is excellent and they stand behind it 200%. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. From our first interaction to our last they were super professional and caring. Excellent experience!
