Awful receptionist! Been calling for a week now and have also gone straight to audio recording.
Absolute worst receptionist. She has a very poor attitude to myself and my entire family, never returns calls or answers the phone. If you’re thinking of switching to this doctors office (Dr. Sugeng) great doctor but not worth all the hassle from the awful secretary. Go to someone else.
Best Dr ever! I e had him for 29 years and don't know what I'd do if he retires. Well he simply cannot! Lol
Takes almost 50 individual calls to get ahold of a receptionist in the hours they say the phones are answered. Everytime I call, no matter the time or day or season, it is always sent to an audio message.
