Very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us some really good ideas on how to organize and stage our house! She follows up and answers questions very quickly as we were on a time crunch!! I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell their home or to decorate their new home!
Our real estate agent had Trina come in for a staging consultation before photos were taken. Trina is very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. She gave excellent advice and was very kind in her corrections of things that needed to be changed. Our house was listed on Thursday evening. We had six showings, received a non-conditional offer on Sunday, and sold on Monday. I would definitely recommend having her come in to stage your home before selling. You won't be disappointed with the results!
We had Trina out in June to help stage our property for pictures. She had a wealth of information, great ideas, and suggestions, a lot of which she substantiated with explanations and pictures, that would enhance the selling of our house.
