Excellent, friendly service, from a very informative and knowledgeable staff member, Alex. Thoroughly recommend the store (and salesperson) to anyone who wants great service and advice, in an, all too-often, pushy world.
I might have been unlucky but I received no customer service from the 3 staff working at 16:30 on 5/6/25. They were too busy cutting pieces of paper. Limited sizes available in shop floor, unknown if any other sizes were available.
Great customer service, great prices. Buying a pair of hiking boots, the staff were very knowledgeable about different terrains and what boots would be suited to them. Really happy with my Scarpa Terra boots, and all the suggestions offered for how to find the best fit, break them in and maintain the leather. Never felt like anyone was pushing a sale, it was all about getting the perfect boot. Thanks for a fun shopping trip guys
