Always impressive. Product. Quality. Prices. And staff are super friendly and helpful.
Bit dissatisfied when the staff member pretends he knows features about a product when in fact he was just guessing. A little training wouldn’t go astray.
I recently visited Macpac Miranda to purchase a rain jacket, and was helped by Paul. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent advice. Paul went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed, amazing dedication and excellent customer service. His expertise and helpfulness have definitely earned my loyalty, and I will certainly be returning for any future outdoor gear needs. Highly recommended!
