Had an emergency where my American Pitbull got in a tussle with another dog and got cut deep by a fishing hook that they fell against they were more than accommodating here and worked her in to get the stitches she needed five stars to this place in the staff thank you very much for going above and beyond for our little fur baby

So my little dog had a ear infection as if things weren’t high enough, I get charge almost7 dollars more ,the bill was already$182.50,then I get another little bill stapled to it for$188.89 ,i didn’t notice this till I get home because the lady didNOT TELL ME,so I called and ask her,she says it’s a up charge for using my debit card,I mean does people carry around that much money ?,not me,Don’t everybody have a debit card these days?,I know that don’t seem like a lot of money but dang ,it’s the principle about it, So PEOPLE I... read more

Dr. Oakes was very nice but they need a different receptionist. I've never called a place of business such as this many times back to back and they hang up without saying a word. So unprofessional. UPDATE: I found out they were having issues with the phone system that day and I wrote this review with a hot head. My apologies.
