Very happy to have found our community veterinarian. Kind , compassionate. They have been there for us for our new puppy and also compassionate when I had to say goodbye to my dear Lucy . Thankful and grateful.
We recently moved here from Florida and were hoping to find an honest, reliable local vet we could trust with our whole crew. After bringing in all nine of our dogs, we couldn’t be happier to have found Macon‑Trousdale Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Oakes was incredibly kind, down‑to‑earth, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time with each dog and made the entire visit feel easy and comfortable. We’re truly grateful for the care he gave our pack.
When I came in with my kitten Rhubarb everyone was extremely friendly to us both. Then a tech took her back and when Dr. Oakes came out with her from her big first appointment he friendly and professional and extremely patient hearing questions and answering them smoothly. They have also vaccinated my other pets, but this recent experience definitely earned praise.
MY daughter came home on a Friday after work in the late afternoon, to find my grandsons dog Clyde had been shot threw his tail and into his back leg w the bullet still in his leg, Clyde had surgery to remove the bullet, the Vet and the assistance was amazing they handle things w the Best kind of way, couldn't have asked for a better experience from a very stressful situation for my daughter and grandsons and without a doubt lets not forget Clyde. So Grateful this Clinic, the Veterinarians and Staff..
